Digital Input:

Minimum 16 digital inputs & can be expanded upto 128 in multiples of 8 depending upon requirements. Each digital inputs support pnp type input or potentional free contact @ 24V DC.

Digital Output:

Minimum 16 digital outputs & can be expanded upto 128 in multiples of 8 depending upon requirements. Each digital output supports open collector output @ 24V DC /2A.

Temperature:

Minimum 8 thermocouple inputs of J type & can be expanded upto 64 in multiples of 8. Anyother temperature sensor inputs are also available on request.

Linear Scale:

Minimum 2 zones & can be expanded upto 32. Also supports analog inputs 0-10V or 4-20 mA.

Analog Output:

Minimum 2 zones for proportional valve, A.C drive, servo pump or anyother application. Output can be 0-10V or 4-20 mA.

Program Options:

Vertical machine, horizontal injection moulding or any other customised program.

Program Options Features:

With pressure, flow & length, intrusion, purging, auto lubrication.

Standard Features:

30 mould memory, 7920 hrs of production counter (available only in touch screen models), 25 alarm logs, customised logo, monitoring & any other features available on request.

Display Options:

4.3 inch 65535 colour touch screen , 7 inch 65535 colour touch screen , 10 inch 65535 colour touch screen or 20x4 line lcd display with memberane keypad.
